Before testing your DJI Action 2, it’s best to perform the following test: Place a dry paper towel inside the waterproof case, seal the case completely, and lower it fully into the water. Place a weight on the case to prevent it from floating, and retrieve it after 30–60 minutes. Dry the outside of the case before opening it. Remove the paper towel to check. If the paper towel is soaked, please contact us.
